Hoisting motor: 60% operating factor and tropocalised as a standard for greater longevity.
Travelling motor: Tropicalised as a standard for greater longevity.
Travelling: Variable travelling speed to reduce wear on steering rollers.
Lifting gearbox: Direct impulse gearbox unit, helicoid toothed gears, permanently lubricated, detector to prevent pressure overload.
Rope Guide: The guidance system does not get dirty, which allows for use in any type of enviroment.
SUPERIOR SAFETY AND HIGH LIFETIME
Safety and reliability are built into all of the VT hosits. Compared to traditional designs the Vt's lifting rope have multiple life time due to the large rope drum diameter and minimal rope fleet angles.
Hook: The new ergonomic design of the hook forging and satery catch makes it easier and safer for the worker lifting the load.
Brake: The high performance brakes have an adjustment-free and dust-proof construction. They are designed for the lift time of the hoists (FRM) and they can brake over one million times without adjustment. The brake is teseted for hoist longevity under normal use conditions.
Hoisting mortor: Motor clling increase by 30% (tunnel effect). Designed specially for lifting, hte 2-speed hoisting motor comes with all the necessary protections.
Drum: A very high wire ripe/drum diameter ratio ( twice as large as the standard one), which: 1. increases the longevity of the wire rope; 2. reduces the approach data of the hoist; 3. reduces the "C" approac data of the hook.
ERGONOMICS DESIGN
The new design of the hook, pulley block, push button make the load fixing easier and more safe.
Hook and Pulley block: Ergonomical hook(area to grab and hold).
Push button box: Made with tinted polypropylene, grounded, with double insulation, ergonomical(IP 65 protection).
Electrical cubicle: Located on the side of the hoist, easily accessible. The open/close system uses a quick closure method.
